Job Description

This role will be on a rotational shift basis with 4 days week off.

25 years of experience in fitness centre operations, customer service, or a managerial role.
Experience in handling memberships, sales, and client relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer servicefocused with the ability to handle member queries and complaints.
Ability to conduct team meetings and training to ensure smooth operations.
