Job Description

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, greet guests, handle reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. The role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle guest queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain guest records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status updates.
  • Address guest complaints or requests and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage billing, payments, and maintain cash/credit card transaction records.
  • Promote hotel facilities and upsell services to guests.
  • Follow all safety, security, and service standards of the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Customer service–oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
