Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcoming Visitors: Greet and welcome all visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor. Provide them with necessary information, directions, or assistance as needed.
  2. Answering Calls: Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments. Take clear and concise messages when required.
  3. Managing Front Desk: Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, clients, and employees. Address their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  5. Communication: Keep employees informed of any relevant updates or announcements through internal communication channels.
  6. Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication flow.
  7. Special Projects: Support special projects and events, as needed.

Requirement:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in administration or hospitality is a plus.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a positive attitude will also be considered.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality. Ability to handle various personalities with tact and diplomacy.
  5. Multitasking: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
