We are looking for a warm, professional, and organized Front Office Executive to be the welcoming face of our center, manage bookings, and ensure each guest has a smooth and enjoyable visit. Job Overview: The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling bookings and billings, and guiding guests throughout their visit. This role requires an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who can efficiently manage guest inquiries, provide crisp and accurate information, and create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Key Responsibilities: · Customer Interaction: Greet all visitors with a friendly and positive attitude, assist with inquiries, and provide information on available attractions, events, and packages. · Booking Management: Efficiently handle walk-in and online bookings, coordinate with guests on availability, confirm bookings, and update records in the POS system. · Guidance & Support: Direct guests to their booked activities, explain safety guidelines, and answer any questions to enhance their experience. · Problem Resolution: Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring a quick resolution to maintain high satisfaction. · Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately, including ticket sales, bookings, and payments for various services. Provide receipts and handle cash/credit transactions securely. · Promotional Assistance: Share information on special offers, promotions, and seasonal events to encourage guests to explore all that the center has to offer. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field. 1 year of experience in a front office or customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainment. Strong communication (English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as required.
