Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages and route them to the appropriate
  • departments.
  • Manage visitor entries, issue visitor passes and ensure proper security
  • protocols.

2. Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update employee/visitor logs, contact lists, and front-office records.
  • Handle courier services (incoming & outgoing) and maintain proper tracking records.
  • Support HR and Admin teams in scheduling interviews, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist in handling office supplies and stationery inventory for front desk needs.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring effective communication.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, facilities, and other departments for smooth office operations.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of important information (circulars, notices, etc.).

4. Customer Service

  • Provide accurate information regarding the company's services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle client/visitor queries politely and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned authority.
  • Ensure a positive first impression for every visitor/guest.

5. Additional Duties

  • Assist management with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide support during company events, meetings, or special occasions.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism as a representative of the
  • company.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

service roles (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Education:

(MS office, email handling) is preferred.

Languages Required:

  • Proficiency in Hindi, English and Tamil (mandatory)
  • Good working knowledge of English for office communication
