Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Proficient in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  2. Generate and maintain regular MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.
  3. Manage stock inventory, including tracking, updating, and reconciling stock records.
  4. Coordinate logistics activities such as dispatch, delivery follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
  5. Liaise with the Head Office for invoice-related communications and documentation.
  6. Prepare and submit sales reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Should be proficient in

    Hindi, Assamese, and English

    (spoken and written).
  2. Strong knowledge of

    Microsoft Excel

    (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
  3. Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.
  4. Should possess good email drafting skills and professional email etiquette.
