• Interpersonal Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. (Mandatory)

• Reception Duties:

  Greet visitors and clients, manage the reception area, and ensure a welcoming environment.

• Communication:

  Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain visitor logs, manage important documents, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

• Coordination:

  Collaborate with other departments to support organizational tasks and assist in event planning as needed.
