Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff with inquiries, providing excellent customer service. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages efficiently. Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and events for the academy, including virtual sessions on platforms like Zoom. Administrative Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Coordination: Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication. Office Management: Maintain the front office, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Qualifications: Education: Graduate degree preferred. Experience: 0 - 1 year of relevant experience in a front office or customer service role. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Gmail, Google Sheets, and Zoom. Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities with attention to detail.
