Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Port Blair for a Front Office Assistant. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the reception desk, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role requires maintaining professional communication with visitors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
Experience in appointment scheduling and administrative assistance
Proficiency in clerical skills and office management
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and maintain a welcoming demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or office management are beneficial
Proficiency in common office software is preferred
