Front Office Assistant

Role Overview: As a Guest Services team member, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive experience for all guests from the moment they arrive at the hotel. You will be expected to welcome guests warmly, handle inquiries, manage reservations, provide assistance, and address any complaints professionally. Additionally, you will be required to perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the front desk.
