Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Line Manager located in Baleshwar. The Front Line Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure optimal team performance. Responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring smooth operations, providing training, and maintaining effective communication. The manager will also be responsible for people management and ensuring that operational goals are met efficiently.
