Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Line Manager based in Kharagpur. The Front Line Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure efficient workflows. Key responsibilities include people management, training new employees, coordinating between different departments, and maintaining clear communication channels. The manager will also be responsible for implementing operational strategies to optimize productivity and meet organizational goals.
