Job Overview -

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Front-End Web Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing visual and interactive elements that users engage with through their web browser. You will work closely with our design, backend, and product teams to deliver high-quality web applications that are fast, responsive, and accessible.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into interactive web pages.
• Optimize application for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web accessibility standards.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in front-end development in a professional environment.
• Experience & Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and responsive/web/mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Gulp.
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and browser rendering behavior would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: On-site (Mohali/Mandi Gobindgarh) /Hybrid/Remote.

Schedule: Day Shift (IST Time Zone) / Evening shift (EST Time Zone).

Salary Range – Rs 25000 to Rs 45000 / Month (Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates).

Selection Process: 1 Screening Interview + 2 Round Technical Interviews.
