As an Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, handling client inquiries, and assisting with immigration documentation processes. Your key responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound client calls and emails regarding immigration services, assisting clients with documentation and application processing for visas, work permits, and PR applications, and maintaining and updating client records, case files, and immigration databases. Additionally, you will coordinate with embassies, consulates, and legal authorities for application processing, ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding their immigration status, manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and support administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in handling client information. It is essential to stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred) and have previous experience in immigration services or office administration, which is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). The ability to multitask, work under deadlines, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
