Job Overview

We’re hiring a full-time Front-End WordPress Developer who can design professional webpages in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop, and translate them into clean, fast, SEO-friendly WordPress pages. You’ll work closely with our in-house SEO, marketing, and content teams to build and maintain impactful landing pages for our websites (outsourcedbookeeping.com, backofficeaccountants.com)..

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development

• Create modern, responsive designs in Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop.
• Convert designs to live WordPress pages using Elementor, or custom themes.
• Maintain design consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Optimize page speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.

WordPress Development

• Customize WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
• Implement design changes with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to implement on-page SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot compatibility issues (plugin/theme conflicts, responsive bugs).

SEO & Optimization

• Ensure on-page SEO elements like headers, meta tags, and schema are present.
• Use tools like RankMath or Yoast SEO to assist the SEO team.
• Familiarity with tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or Lighthouse is a plus.

Required Skills:
Web & WordPress

• 2–4 years’ experience with front-end WordPress development.
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, basic PHP, and responsive design.
• Familiar with Elementor / Gutenberg / WPBakery (any one).
• Experience with Figma + Adobe XD + Canva.
• Basic understanding of cPanel/hosting & Git (optional).

Design

• Solid design sense with experience creating clean, modern UIs.
• Ability to follow branding guidelines and collaborate with content teams.
• Experience designing graphics for blogs, landing pages, and social media.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with A/B testing tools or heatmaps (like Hotjar).
• Knowledge of basic SEO structure and optimization practices.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce / Shopify is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Web Development, Computer Applications, Multimedia, or similar.

Salary Range – Rs 25000 to Rs 45000 / Month (Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates).
