Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Team Lead with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to lead our frontend development team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the frontend development team.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and responsive UI development.
• Review code and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and report project progress, risks, and timelines.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and QA teams.
• Handle task allocation, sprint planning, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React / Next js).
• Experience in team handling and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Experience working with project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
• Prior experience in a Team Lead or Senior Frontend role.
