Front End Team Leader

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Frontend Team Lead to guide and mentor our frontend developers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership qualities, hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies, and the ability to take full ownership of project delivery and team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers across multiple projects.
• Take complete ownership of technical execution, code quality, and timely delivery.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and standards.
• Provide guidance on frontend architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, backend teams, and management to ensure smooth execution.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Act as a communication bridge between the technical team and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong technical expertise in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Frameworks like React.js, Typescript or Vue.js
• Version control tools (Git / GitHub)
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage team responsibilities independently and make sound technical decisions.

• Leadership mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to mentor and motivate junior developers.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and commitment to delivering quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
