As a proactive and customer-focused Front-End Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong technical background in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering (B.E /B.Tech), you will play a crucial role in supporting business development, client engagement, and marketing activities. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing product information and technical support. - Driving sales through customer visits, product demonstrations, and relationship building. - Understanding technical product features and explaining solutions clearly to customers. - Supporting marketing campaigns, sales presentations, and promotional activities. - Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and potential customer segments. - Coordinating with internal engineering, marketing, and management teams to support business growth. - Preparing sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and competitive analysis. - Participating in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate marketing events. Minimum Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech - ECE, EEE, ME) is mandatory. - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical customer interactions. - Experience in industrial products, automation, manufacturing, or technical solutions is preferred. - Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu for client meetings and field activities. Your core skills and competencies should include: - Strong understanding of electrical / electronic / mechanical systems, industrial products, or technical solutions. - Ability to sell technical products and licenses with a consultative sales approach. - Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills. - Ability to translate technical features into customer-focused business benefits. - Good knowledge of marketing concepts, B2B sales, and solution selling techniques. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with regular travel. Additional advantages for this role may include experience in Mechanical product development, industrial automation, IoT, PLC, manufacturing environments, knowledge of CRM tools or marketing tools, and experience in B2B or technical field sales.
