Front End Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly responsible and customer-focused Front-End Manager to oversee and manage the front-end operations of Quixa Hypermart. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the customer service area, supervise front-end staff, and maintain high standards of service efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Customer Relation Staff, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Oversee daily front-end operations, including checkout counters, billing, and customer support.
• Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Monitor, train, and guide front-end staff to maintain professionalism and service standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Maintain proper staffing schedules to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours.
• Coordinate with other departments to support promotions, sales activities, and smooth store functioning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on front-end performance and cash management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in front-end management, preferably in retail or hypermarket operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in cash handling.
• Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
