1. Position Overview

The Front-End Hostess is the first point of contact for all customers and visitors. She is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment while ensuring smooth customer flow, effective communication, and excellent service experience.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Greeting & Experience

  • Welcome customers with a polite, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Ensure guests feel attended to, comfortable, and assisted promptly.
  • Offer water, seating, and basic hospitality.
  • Maintain a cheerful and positive atmosphere at the store entrance.

B. Front Desk Management

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting areas.
  • Ensure brochures, catalogues, and promotional material are updated and available.
  • Maintain a presentable ambience as per company standards.

C. Customer Coordination

  • Guide customers to the correct counters, departments, or executives.
  • Maintain queue discipline and manage customer flow during peak hours.
  • Assist customers in filling feedback forms or digital check-ins if required.

D. Communication & Support

  • Answer basic inquiries and redirect calls to concerned departments.
  • Inform customers about offers, promotions, and store updates.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Billing teams to ensure smooth customer movement.

E. Professional Grooming

  • Maintain grooming standards and follow dress code guidelines.
  • Demonstrate positive body language and professional communication.

F. Administrative Support

  • Maintain visitor logs and customer walk-in registers.
  • Assist CRM team with basic tasks such as token issuing or data entry.
  • Support daily opening and closing routines of the front desk.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems.

4. Qualifications

  • Minimum HSC or Graduate (preferred).
  • Hospitality / Aviation / Front Office training is an added advantage.
  • 03 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or hostess roles.

5. Work Environment

  • Store-based role with extended standing hours.
  • Requires high energy, grooming, and customer interaction skills.

6. Salary Range

  • Between 25K to 35K per month - as per company structure.
