Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Front-End Java Developer Lead to join our development team. This role combines the art of user interface design with the science of Java development, ensuring the seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, front-end technologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric applications. Experience: 5-9 years of Expereince is preferred only Key Responsibilities UI Development : Design and implement user interface components using React.js , ensuring responsive and visually appealing layouts. Integration : Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate Node.js and Spring Boot APIs and services, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality. Optimization : Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and enhancing user experience. Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into functional front-end code, maintaining brand consistency. Testing & Debugging : Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of the application across different browsers and devices. Documentation : Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, processes, and design decisions to facilitate team collaboration and future maintenance. Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end and Java development, applying best practices to improve development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Java , with experience in Spring Boot for building backend services. Strong understanding of HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript for crafting responsive and interactive web interfaces. Expertise in React.js for building dynamic user interfaces. Experience with Node.js for server-side scripting and API development. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js is a plus. Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations. Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git . Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. Relevant certifications or courses in front-end development or Java technologies are a plus. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with build tools like Webpack , Gulp , or Grunt . Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD . Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design techniques. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Why Join Us?
