Job Summary:

Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting & Reception Duties

  • Warmly welcome all clients, members, and guests at the front desk.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance about yoga classes, facilities, and studio services.
  • Customer Service & Communication

  • Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
  • Handle telephonic, in-person, and email inquiries regarding class schedules, memberships, and special programs like TTC, Aerial Yoga, and Studio sessions.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into active members.
  • Enrollment & Membership Support

  • Assist new members in the enrollment process and provide ongoing support to existing members.
  • Update customer data and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Class Booking & Sales

  • Book 50–100 classes daily through the internal system as required.
  • Promote classes and encourage trial sessions to potential customers.
  • Process payments for services, activities, and Utsav products.
  • Cash Handling & Documentation

  • Responsible for end-of-shift cashing up, banking, and balancing transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation.
  • Facility & Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory of Utsav products, cleaning supplies, and kitchen essentials.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the premises.
  • Event & Program Coordination

  • Collaborate with trainers and teachers to support studio events, workshops, and programs.
  • Other Duties

  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, aligned with business growth and operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles (preferably in wellness or fitness industry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office and CRM systems
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic cash handling and documentation skills
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel when required
  • Experience 6 months to 1 year
