Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff at Verddaan Hospital (OrthoSport) in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication, and computer literacy. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting patients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Computer Literacy skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• updating patient details.
