Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member located in Rajkot. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for managing reception duties, answering phone inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring guests have a pleasant experience throughout their stay. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Computer Literacy Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is a plus Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent
