Job Opening: Front Desk Executive (with Excel & Tally Skills)


We are looking for a motivated and well-presented Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess good communication skills, and have experience managing basic accounting tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle front desk operations, greet visitors, and manage phone calls
  • Maintain office records and client data in Excel
  • Assist in Tally data entries, billing, and account maintenance
  • Coordinate with office staff and support daily administrative functions


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred in Commerce or related field)
  • Prior experience in front office or accounts role will be an advantage
