Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member at our Hyderabad location. Core responsibilities include managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires maintaining an organized workspace, managing records, and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ability to handle Receptionist Duties efficiently
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Computer Literacy, including proficiency in office software and data entry tasks
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and uphold confidentiality
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is an advantage
