Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front office operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth day-to-day administrative functioning. Key Responsibilities

  • Guest and Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct all visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, taking messages as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative and clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and transcribing.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries, and prepare outgoing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointment schedules, update calendars, and coordinate meeting room bookings and arrangements.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and common spaces remain tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies, maintaining an organized inventory.
  • Security & Protocols: Adhere to office security procedures by managing visitor logs, issuing temporary access badges, and monitoring building entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines).
  • Interpersonal Skills: A customer-centric approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise and handle complaints or emergencies calmly and effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,784.75 - ₹13,000.00 per month
