Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients,

and staff to ensure a welcoming atmosphere at Solex Energy Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, and messages; route them efficiently to the appropriate
• departments or individuals.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing packages, and courier services, ensuring proper
• documentation and timely distribution.
• Maintain the front desk area and meeting rooms in an organized and presentable
• condition at all times.
• Support general office operations, including data entry, filing, and documentation, to
• ensure smooth workflow.
• Stock management for pantry, stationaries and corporate gifts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Any Graduation or Post – Graduation.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role

(previous front desk or receptionist experience is preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact with
• internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a
• strong ability to manage calendar systems and email platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
