Job tile - Executive Company Secretary

Top 5 Key Responsibilities

Good drafting, communication, and organizational skills
High integrity and confidentiality
Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related data and documentation.
Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary actions
Handle filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), SEBI, RBI, and Stock Exchanges.
Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
Ensure timely compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable laws

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification - Preferably CS Professional Pass.
