We’re Hiring: Front Office Receptionist

Vedvan Ventures Pvt Ltd., companies with a strong vision, expanding projects, and a dynamic team. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Front Office Receptionist to lead our growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude

• Answer and route phone calls efficiently

• Manage front desk operations, visitor log, and appointment scheduling

• Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and maintain records

• Coordinate with internal departments for daily office requirements

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area

• Support administrative tasks as required


Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification

• 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
