Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude

Answer and route phone calls efficiently

Manage front desk operations, visitor log, and appointment scheduling

Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and maintain records

Coordinate with internal departments for daily office requirements

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area

Support administrative tasks as required

Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification

13 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
