Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring guests feel welcomed and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive, helpful attitude
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Provide basic information to guests and clients about the organization
Support other departments with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
