Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. The role involves managing check-ins/check-outs, handling guest queries, reservations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.

Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and reports.

Uphold hotel standards for hospitality and service.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service (freshers may apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of hotel software (PMS) preferred.

Pleasant personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
