We are looking for a customer-focused and dynamic professional to manage guest relations, customer support, and marketing for our Stayhomestays Family. The role includes handling guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring exceptional experiences, and driving bookings through online and offline marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle guest communication, escalations, and feedback.
2. Develop marketing strategies to increase bookings and brand visibility.
3. Build partnerships with corporate clients and travel agents.
Requirements:
1. 2–4 years of experience in hospitality/customer service/marketing.
2. Strong communication and leadership skills.
3. Knowledge of hotel operations and digital marketing preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
