Job Title: Front Desk Executive/GRE/Receptionist
Location: Mahalakshmi, Byculla, or Mulund
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly presentable and dynamic Front Desk Executive/GRE/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a smart personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, queries, and concerns from customers, clients, and residents
- Draft emails and WhatsApp messages to residents and stakeholders
- Perform receptionist-related activities, including welcoming visitors, managing appointments, and maintaining records
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
Requirements:
Full time Graduate
- Smart personality and presentable appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient in drafting emails and WhatsApp messages
- Previous experience as a front desk executive, GRE, or receptionist is an advantage
