About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Office Executive/Receptionist to join our resort team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs
Manage reservations and room allocations
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Maintain guest records and process payments
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Handle guest complaints politely and efficiently
Maintain a neat and professional front desk environment

Requirements

Previous experience as Receptionist/Front Office Executive (preferred)
Good communication skills in English (and local language)
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, PMS systems ideal)
Customer-service oriented, polite, and professional
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
