Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Senior Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations, represent the company with a positive first impression, and ensure smooth coordination of administrative and visitor-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and prior experience handling front office responsibilities in a corporate setting.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and handling email correspondence.
  • Coordinate visitor management systems, maintain visitor logs, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Schedule and manage meeting rooms, conference facilities, and internal bookings.
  • Provide administrative support such as courier handling, stationery management, ID card issuance, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Liaise with internal departments (HR, Admin, IT) for smooth functioning of daily operations.
  • Train and mentor junior front office staff if required.
  • Ensure adherence to Compass Groups standards of hospitality and customer service.

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline; a degree or certification in hospitality/administration is a plus.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in front office or reception roles, preferably in a corporate/Hotel environment

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
