Front Desk Manager

You are a Front Desk Manager with excellent communication skills and a presentable, well-groomed appearance. Your primary responsibility is to manage daily operations at the reception area in Andheri East & Thane, Mumbai, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients and visitors. You will greet members and visitors warmly, address inquiries about memberships, services, and caf offerings, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Additionally, you will oversee front desk staff by managing scheduling, training, and performance reviews to ensure consistent and excellent service delivery. Your coordination skills will be essential as you work with the gym and caf teams to streamline operations and handle customer feedback and complaints effectively. You will also be responsible for preparing regular reports for management on front desk performance. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, customer service, or business management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry, is required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in management software and Microsoft Office Suite, will be beneficial.
