Front Desk Executive | Thumb360 Digital and Consulting Services Private Limited Front Desk Executive

We re on the lookout for confident, articulate

Front Desk Executives

who can turn every guest interaction into a moment of delight.

At this boutique getaway just outside Bengaluru, you ll orchestrate arrivals, departures, and everything in between blending precision, poise, and people skills that define exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Manage check-in/check-out, billing, and guest coordination.
Maintain guest records and handle reservation requests.
Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B for room readiness.
Respond to OTA and direct inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Assist with guest reviews, feedback collection, and marketing updates.

Ideal Candidate

Hotel Management graduate or equivalent experience.
Proficient in PMS software and Microsoft Office
Friendly, well-groomed, and fluent in English.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
