Job Description

  • Drive ongoing projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Act as the link between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively follow up with task owners and resolve roadblocks quickly.

Proposals, Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain proposals, project trackers, and business reports.
  • Document tasks, milestones, and key updates for seamless project visibility.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations, Excel dashboards, and Word documents for management reviews.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain

    strong relationships

    with vendors, partners, and clients.
  • Facilitate smooth communication across all stakeholders to ensure alignmen and inform your decision-making.

Technology & Process Enablement

  • Use

    Odoo ERP

    (or similar tools) to manage tasks, workflows, and reporting.
  • Suggest and implement

    innovative solutions

    to improve coordination and efficiency
