Project Coordination Intern

• This individual will act as the bridge between leadership and task owners, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution. • We are seeking a tech-savvy, people-friendly, and execution-focused Project Coordination Intern to play a key role in driving projects within the organization.
• This individual will act as the bridge between leadership and task owners, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution. The ideal candidate is an innovation driver and a go-getter who thrives on taking ownership, solving problems proactively, and making things happen.
• This is a work-from-office role based out of Hebbal Kempapura, Bangalore. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office on their own.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination Execution

• Drive ongoing projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Act as the link between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Proactively follow up with task owners and resolve roadblocks quickly.

Proposals, Documentation Reporting

• Prepare and maintain proposals, project trackers, and business reports.
• Document tasks, milestones, and key updates for seamless project visibility.

• Develop PowerPoint presentations, Excel dashboards, and Word documents for management reviews.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Build and maintain

  strong relationships

  with vendors, partners, and clients.
• Facilitate smooth communication across all stakeholders to ensure alignmen and inform your decision-making.

Technology Process Enablement

• Use

  Odoo ERP

  (or similar tools) to manage tasks, workflows, and reporting.
• Suggest and implement

  innovative solutions

  to improve coordination and efficiency.
