Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad at Satvam Nutrifoods Limited. This full-time executive position requires proficiency in customer service, multitasking, and managing reception tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, playing a crucial role in our organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service with a keen ability to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong reception management skills with the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while providing optimal service (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in telephone etiquette, ensuring all calls are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Expertise in visitor management, ensuring that guests are welcomed and attended to appropriately.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Experience in record keeping, maintaining an organized record of all visitor interactions for future reference.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for handling day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them professionally and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering calls, and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and collection.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure the front office is well maintained, organized, and always presentable.
  • Provide support to other departments as required, contributing to a cohesive team environment.
