Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive, located in New Delhi. The Front Desk Executive will manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling customer inquiries. Daily tasks will also involve maintaining the front desk area, coordinating with different departments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor and multitask efficiently
• Experience in using office software and managing administrative tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is preferred

Experience- Min. 1 Years

Salary - upto 3 LPA.

Location- Okhla Phase-III, South Delhi
