Job Overview We are seeking a Front Desk Executive for our Podar International School branch located in Ichalkaranji. This is a full-time junior position aimed at individuals who are entry-level with zero or more years of experience. The role demands excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage front desk operations effectively. Qualifications and Skills Ability to manage reception duties, including handling visitors and answering phone calls professionally and courteously (mandatory skill). Proficiency as a front desk executive with an understanding of office procedures and communication workflows (mandatory skill). Experience as an office assistant to support administrative functions and improve workplace efficiency. Expertise in front desk-related operations, including managing bookings and scheduling appointments. Basic telecalling skills to assist in outbound and inbound calls with strong customer handling capacities. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective interaction with parents and staff. Friendly and professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to manage inquiries and requests effectively. Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic school environment, ensuring smooth front desk operations. Roles and Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students at the front desk with a positive attitude and address their inquiries. Answer phone calls, screen and forward them as necessary, and assist with inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization to provide a pleasant experience for visitors. Assist in scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and maintaining records through efficient office tools. Coordinate with other school departments to relay messages and information accurately and promptly. Support the administration team with basic clerical tasks, including copying, filing, and providing document information. Assist in managing the school’s communications through telecalling as required, maintaining a record of interactions.
