Front desk Executive (Male)

Planning & Coordination of Camps

• Identify potential locations (corporates, residential societies, colleges, gyms, etc.) for skin and wellness camps.
• Plan camp schedules in coordination with marketing and clinic management.
• Liaise with external partners/organizations for permissions and approvals.

Execution of Camps

• Organize logistics (venue setup, branding materials, brochures, registration desk, sampling kits).
• Coordinate with dermatologists, dieticians, therapists, and clinic staff for participation.
• Ensure availability of required equipment and consumables.

Patient Engagement & Registrations

• Manage on-site registrations, maintain patient data records, and encourage clinic walk-ins.
• Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment packages to participants.
• Act as the first point of contact for patient queries during the camp.

Marketing & Promotion

• Distribute promotional materials and create awareness about upcoming camps.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for social media updates, posts, and promotions related to camps.
• Support lead generation activities from the camps.

Reporting & Follow-Up

• Prepare daily/weekly camp reports (footfall, leads generated, conversions).
• Share feedback with the management to improve future camps.
• Follow up with leads and ensure smooth transition to clinic appointments.

Administration & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with clinic standards and branding guidelines during camps.
• Manage budgets and expenses related to camp activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of camp permissions, vendor bills, and patient data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
