Job Title: Front Desk / Tele calling Executive

Location: Jaipur Office C-106/D, Bajaj Nagar Marg, Ipsa, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 30201

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Handle visitor inquiries, direct them to the concerned departments, and maintain visitor records.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with office staff for administrative support.

Tele calling:

• Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, reminders, or promotional purposes.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Update and maintain customer/lead databases.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, or product/service demonstrations.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Higher Secondary (preferred in any discipline).
• Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure.
• Prior experience in front desk or tele calling will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
