• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / email handling
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Route the guests on Calls to the right employees at Accops.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes.
• Maintain material Inward and outward register, updating the data in the respective registers holistically.
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
• Occasional extended hours during events or peak periods.
