We are looking for a friendly, organized, and technically minded individual to create a positive patient experience at our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining patient information and assisting clinicians, supporting patients during and after their appointments. Key Responsibilities: Provide clear and empathetic instructions and support to patients after consultations Assist in basic troubleshooting and setup of clinic devices and patient equipment Support clinicians during patient assessments as required Manage clinic flow, appointment preparation, and patient records Ensure excellent communication and a positive experience for all patients Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Technically confident (comfortable with smartphones, Bluetooth, etc.) Empathetic and patient-focused approach Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is an advantage Training will be provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
