Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and technically minded individual to create a positive patient experience at our facility.

In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining patient information and assisting clinicians, supporting patients during and after their appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and empathetic instructions and support to patients after consultations
  • Assist in basic troubleshooting and setup of clinic devices and patient equipment
  • Support clinicians during patient assessments as required
  • Manage clinic flow, appointment preparation, and patient records
  • Ensure excellent communication and a positive experience for all patients

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technically confident (comfortable with smartphones, Bluetooth, etc.)
  • Empathetic and patient-focused approach
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is an advantage
  • Training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
