Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Ludhiana. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining professional communication. Daily tasks will include greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the office staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Proficient Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Ability to manage administrative tasks and support office staff
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, vendors, and clients professionally
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and mail
• Maintain records of courier dispatch and receipt
• Support document filing, printing, and scanning as required
• Act as a bridge between departments by routing documents, approvals, or messages.
